Potential ‘fix’ for the PCT?

Recent comments made by Minister of Environment Terry Lake suggest that the government is working on a fix to the PCT to address the concerns of school trustees, educators, and citizens over the past 8 months. This is potentially good news for those who feel that precious funding intended for schools, hospitals and other public services should not be transferred to private companies to reduce their GHG emissions. However, will the change be enough to actually fix this shell game? Time will tell.  Until then, we will continue pushing the government on this issue.
